(CNN)- At least a half-dozen new lawsuits were filed this Monday against musician and producer Sean Combs, accusing him of sexual assault against men, women and a minor under the age of 16.
The lawsuits were filed anonymously by plaintiffs John Doe and Jane Doe in federal court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuits include allegations that in some cases include rape, sexual assault and laced beverages with drugs. At least two alleged assaults occurred at Combs’s white parties between 1998 and 2006. All six plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
The latest lawsuits are part of an expected wave of litigation against Combs by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who previously said they represented at least 120 of Combs’ alleged victims, including minors.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, his legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process,” Combs’ lawyers told CNN in a statement. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, whether adult or minor, male or female.”
Combs is currently in federal custody awaiting trial for his indictment in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
Before Monday, Combs was already facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of a variety of sexual misconduct and other illegal activities. He has previously denied those allegations.
In one lawsuit, Combs is accused of attacking a 16-year-old boy at a white party in the Hamptons in 1998. The lawsuit claims that Combs “instructed John Doe to take off his pants and expose himself, explaining that it was a rite of passage and path to stardom, and also a way to prove himself.” ”
The accuser said she “ultimately admitted that Combs sexually assaulted her through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to be a star.”
A second John Doe filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that he was attacked while working security during a white party hosted by Combs in 2006. Doe alleged that Combs gave her two alcoholic drinks laced with drugs before forcing her into a van and sexually assaulting her. Comb.
Doe claims in her complaint that she left the party and told her boss what had happened.
In a third lawsuit against Combs, his businesses and retailer Macy’s, John Doe claims he was beaten and sexually assaulted when he confronted Combs and two of his bodyguards inside the warehouse of the chain’s flagship store in New York in 2008.
According to the lawsuit, “Combs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on her knees,” when Combs forced her to perform oral sex.
According to the lawsuit, “After finishing, Combs turned Plaintiff’s head and said words such as ‘Shut up or I’ll kill you.'”
Doe said she reported the alleged assault to Macy’s security, which she claims did not investigate. Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claimed that Macy’s executives pressured her to fire her because the retailer had signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Sean John Clothing.
Doe seeks compensatory and punitive damages. CNN has contacted Macy’s for comment.
In another complaint, a 19-year-old college student, identified as Jane Doe, said she and a friend were invited to a photo shoot and “exclusive” party at the Combs Hotel in 2004. According to the complaint, Combs became “more and more.” aggressive” and “ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on her or she would kill both of them.”
Another plaintiff alleges that after meeting Combs at a music video after-party in 1995, he “unexpectedly” began kissing her. “Feeling discomfort and confusion, Plaintiff told her to calm down, believing they were there to talk,” the lawsuit states. “Instead, Combs proceeded aggressively.” According to the lawsuit, when Jane Doe tried to walk away, Combs “violently punched her, hitting her head against the wall and knocking her to the floor” and raped her.
One of John Doe’s complaints states that in 2021 he attended a party at Combs’ residence in New York, where he was served alcoholic beverages and consumed alcohol.
“The effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,” the complaint states.
Doe claims he became distracted and tried to walk away from the situation. He then remembered being in the bedroom and “despite being vaguely aware of his surroundings, he was unable to move, speak, or defend himself.”
“Plaintiff was paralyzed, feeling as if he was trapped in his own body,” the complaint states. “She clearly remembers seeing Combs standing naked on top of her at some point during the attack. At that time, the plaintiff was subjected to sodomy by at least three persons,” according to the complaint.
