There was a stir about the construction of a mosque in Jabalpur.

Jabalpur: The case of illegal construction of Sanjauli Mosque located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh has not even stopped when the spark reached Madhya Pradesh. There has been a huge uproar over the mosque being built at the disputed site in Ranjhi Madai located in Jabalpur state. Activists of Hindu organizations demanded the demolition of the mosque and raised many slogans regarding this issue. He said that this mosque was built on temple land. Activists from Hindu organizations also presented evidence to support their claims. Seeing the public’s anger, the government went to the location and the area containing the mosque was closed.

What do Hindu organizations say about this issue?

Hindu organizations said they had submitted a notice for two weeks stating that the land where the mosque would be built was not in their name, so it had to be taken over by the government. They say that we will withdraw from here only if the current government takes control of the region. Let us inform you that the workers of the Hindu organization tried to get closer to the mosque but the police present at the spot did not allow them to continue. The problem escalated until there was a small clash between Vishwa Hindu Parish and Bajrang Dal workers and the police.

The Muslim community called the accusations false

Actually this whole controversy is about the construction of the mosque. The mosque was allegedly built on the land of Gayatri Bal Mandir and workers of Hindu organizations protested while providing documentary evidence to this effect. When people from Hindu organizations spoke out against the demolition of the illegal mosque, the Muslim community also spoke up and called their accusations untrue. Regarding the issue of illegal mosque construction, the Muslim community said that the matter is before the courts and no decision has been taken.

VHP and Bajrang Dal made big announcements

However, when Hindu organizations showed documents and asked many questions regarding the construction of the mosque, police from several police stations including top district officials arrived at the location and closed the road access to the mosque. The police assured Hindu organizations that a fresh investigation would be carried out into the construction of the mosque and further action would be taken after examining the documents. The leadership of the Vishwa Hindu Parish and the Bajrang Dal have announced that if an administrative investigation is not carried out as soon as possible and action is taken to demolish the illegal mosque, then they themselves will not hesitate to demolish the mosque.
