There will be a ban on these things
Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora has said in the order that Section 163 will remain in force from 30/09/2024 to 10/05/2024 in New Delhi, North and Central districts, apart from all police stations with territorial jurisdiction on the borders. Delhi. There will be a ban on such activities during this period-:
- A gathering of five or more unauthorized persons.
- Carrying firearms, banners, placards, sticks, spears, swords, sticks.
- Protest in any public place.
A notification from the Delhi Police states that violating any order will be punishable under Section 223 of the Indian Justice Code 2023.
