“Bigg Boss 18” started on October 6. During the grand premiere, Salman Khan introduced all the participants in a spectacular way. There are many famous people who have appeared in this season and after seeing them, it seems that this season will be quite explosive. Many controversial names are also associated with this season. BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga also appeared on the program. Bagga, associated with the youth wing of the political party Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, has also earned the name of a ‘Twitter troll’. Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, who was a member of the RSS for years, got into a fight at home on the very first day. His heated argument with Rajat Dalal was visible at home.
He created trouble in Arundhati Roy’s book gallery
Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga founded an organization called Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena, which he called a “nationalist task force against anti-national, anti-national and corrupt people”. He shot to fame in 2011 when he caused trouble at Arundhati Roy’s book launch at the India Habitat Center in Delhi and then slapped Prashant Bhushan in his Supreme Court chambers. After Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power in 2014, he started a website called Namo Patrika.
Deepika Padukone was also targeted
Bagga often makes headlines for his controversial tweets. In 2018, he made fun of Swara Bhaskar on his Twitter account. This tweet was about a scene from the movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’. In 2020, he attacked Deepika Padukone through her tweet when she went to Jawaharlal Nehru University to show her support to students injured in the JNU attack in 2020. He also attacked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal several times on social media.
Contested 2020 Elections
Tajinder Bagga contested Hari Nagar in the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections but lost to AAP’s Raj Kumari Dhillon by around 20,000 votes. In 2022, the Punjab Police arrested a BJP leader in a case filed against him by AAP leader Sunny Singh Ahluwala, who accused Bagga of making inflammatory statements, spreading rumors and trying to create religious and communal enmity. The Punjab and Haryana High Court later quashed the FIR lodged against Bagga. Now Tajinder has entered ‘Bigg Boss 18’.
