Air quality deteriorates
In fact, Delhi air is bad from October onwards. There are two reasons for this. First of all, the weather starts changing from October. Temperature drops and wind speed is also affected. Secondly, during this season, farmers in the states surrounding Delhi also start burning potta. This will further increase the pollution. Bursting of firecrackers on the occasion of Diwali made the situation worse.
