A shocking case has come to light in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur where a woman deliberately tried to infect her husband with HIV. The young man got married in July and when the couple had sex after the wedding, the wife refused to use a condom. After some time the husband got suspicious and started investigating the life of his wife before marriage.
During the investigation, the husband learned that his wife was infected with HIV since February 2023 and was undergoing treatment at an ART center. Following this revelation, the husband contacted the wife’s old fiance, saying that his engagement had also broken off for the same reason.
The wife thought that her husband was infected with HIV
The husband tested himself, which came back negative at the time, but the doctors said the infection was discovered 3 months later. After this, the husband conducted a blood test on his wife and she was found to be HIV positive.
The victim said that his wife’s family members are adamant that no investigation will be done. After conducting an investigation, the wife’s sister said that you have done a lot of wrong, and she left with her sister. She also took 9 talas of gold and cash given by her in-laws.
Police registered a case and started investigation
After receiving a report from the wife’s sister working in the health department, he was taken away and the gold and cash in the house disappeared. As per the orders of the court, a case has been registered at the police station and the investigation is continuing.
