A 49-year-old man identified as Vem Miller was arrested while in possession of a gun on Saturday near conference given by the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Coachella, California, as reported this Sunday by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
“Miller was taken into custody without incident and later booked into the John J. Benoit Detention Center for possession of a loaded weapon and possession of a high-capacity magazine,” police said.
The agents found him inside a black SUV near the Trump rally though “This incident did not affect the security of former President Trump or those who attended the event.”
Miller He was later released on $5,000 bail. (about 4,570 euros), according to the Riverside County Inmate Information System.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s cooperation in providing information about this case by contacting the Palm Desert Sheriff’s Station.
