A special CBI court in Lucknow has convicted 10 accused in the murder case of Zia Ul Haq, former DSP of Kunda, Uttar Pradesh. The names of the accused are Phoolchand Yadav, Pawan Yadav, Manjeet Yadav, Ghanshyam Saroj, Ram Lakhan, Chhote Lal Yadav, Ram Ashray, Munna Lal Yadav, Shivram Pasi and Jagat Pal. According to the CBI, in 2013, DSP Kunda Zia Ul Haq went to the house of Balipur District Head Nanhe Yadav along with a police party. At that time, the situation became very bad due to the killing of Nanhe Yadav in the area. The police reached there due to the deteriorating law and order situation.

The CBI said that the family members and supporters of late Nanhe Yadav allegedly attacked the police with sticks and other weapons. A mob killed CO Kunda Zia Ul Haq during this period. A special CBI court will sentence the culprits on October 9. Let us tell you that the name of Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya has also come up in this murder case. He accused Raja Bhaiya manager Nanhe Singh of sacking the DSP. However, Raja Bhaiya was not found involved in this murder. Raja Bhaiya again gets clean information in the CBI investigation.
Raja Bhaiya got clear information
Let us tell you that in 2012, CO Zia Ul Haq, a resident of Noonkhar Tola Juafar, Deoria district, got the charge of Kunda Circle. Village head Nanhe Singh Yadav was shot dead on the evening of March 2, 2013 in Balipur’s Hathigwan village. The murder was committed while he was sitting at a tea stall near the disputed land. Let us tell you that there is anger among the villagers after this incident. At that time, when CO Zia Ul Haq took over the village, he was killed. In this murder case, the police have also registered a case against Raghuraj Pratap Singh on the complaint of Parni, wife of late CO Zia Ul Haq. However, later the CBI gave him a positive comment.
