A case of murder of a young man due to romantic relationship came to light in Jehanabad, Bihar. Angered by the incident, residents created a ruckus by blocking National Road-83 for hours. Meanwhile, an argument broke out between the deceased’s family and the police. The incident occurred near the Mod Hospital area of Nagar Police Station. In fact, Sanjeet Kumar, a resident of Bharthua village under Bhelavar OP, was having an affair with a village girl who had gone to his house to meet him on the eve of Dussehra. The girl’s family got to know about this and the boy, seeing the opportunity, ran away from there.
The youth was not found after a search
Following the commotion in the village, the family members searched extensively, but the boy was nowhere to be found. After that the family members informed the police about Bhelawar OP. Meanwhile, the body of a young man was found on the train tracks near the town of Tis Batavari, which the police considered to be an unknown body and a post-mortem was carried out. Today the body was identified as missing youth Sanjeet Kumar. Soon after the body was identified, family members became angry and blocked the road near the post-mortem room, accusing the police of negligence and demanding the arrest of the killers.
The young man had no quarrel with anyone
DSP Traffic Navneet Kumar and OP President Bhelawar Durga Nand Mishra will have to work hard to clear the traffic jam. Relatives of the deceased said Sanjeet Kumar had no dispute with anyone. Went to meet a girl in the village on Dussehra night. The girl’s family knows about this. There was an argument between their families regarding this matter. The family alleged that the girl’s family members kidnapped and killed her and kept her body on the railway tracks to hide the evidence.

The family alleged that the girl’s family members were very powerful and influential and had a strong influence in the police administration. According to the villagers, the deceased youth was having an affair with a village girl and as soon as the family members came to know about this, the youth was kidnapped and sent away. Here, the Traffic DSP said that once the body is identified, further legal action will be taken based on the information of the family members.
