Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Thursday launched the Sampada-2.0 portal and application developed on the new e-registration and e-registration system. During this, Mohan Yadav said that the Digital India Mission started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now meeting every need of the common people like Kalpavriksha. Innovations like zero balance accounts, online transactions and e-registration have made everyone’s life simple and easy.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in this series, the new technology-based innovation “Sampada-2.0” will be a milestone in the digital revolution in online registration of documents in Madhya Pradesh. All countries will follow this innovation. Earlier, one had to come to the office for registration of documents and other work in the state, but through portals and apps, everyone can avail this facility from home.
Center gives two tasks to Madhya Pradesh – Mohan Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Central Government has assigned two new important tasks to Madhya Pradesh. In this case, GIS work in 120 cities will be completed by the IT Department through the Science and Technology Department. Apart from this, we will set up GIS laboratories in all districts of the state. The country will benefit from this. The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is making a lot of progress in the field of IT. With innovations in the IT sector, the Madhya Pradesh government will move towards a paperless system.
Sampada-2.0 Features
Explaining the features of “Sampada-2.0”, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that “Sampada-2.0” is an advanced technology based software. In this, along with Revenue Finance Department and Urban Administration, GST and Unique ID Aadhaar have also been integrated. Land collector guideline rates can be found via the location in the application. The software will enable GIC property mapping, biometric identification, and document formatting. Personal presence is not required for registration of documents. Verification and registration of documents can be done while sitting at home. Soft copies of documents will be received by applicants via WhatsApp and email.
Mohan Yadav said the country continues to innovate under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi. In this direction, the new system of Sampada-2.0 is being implemented in the state as per the wishes of Prime Minister Shri Modi, keeping in mind ease of living. This will make the registration system easy, simple and corruption free. Citizens will benefit from the new system of e-registration and e-stamping. People will also be able to sell and list their properties while sitting at home. With this system, online registration can not only be done within the country but also from abroad and within the country. This will save the time of the common man and also provide relief from unnecessary expenses.
Communication with electronic registrants
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched new e-registration and e-stamping software “Sampada-2.0” and also held virtual conversations with citizens who availed it. Surendra Singh Chakrawat from Hong Kong told the Chief Minister that through “Sampada-2.0” he had obtained a “Power of Attorney” document registered in Ratlam of Hong Kong. Shakti Malik, 78 years old, born in Jabalpur and currently domiciled in Delhi, also obtained a “Power of Attorney” document which was registered online via “Sampada-2.0”. While talking to the Chief Minister, Dr. Malik said that he was very happy with the new arrangements made in Madhya Pradesh. He said that the work I had to do by going to Ratlam, was done by sitting in Delhi.

He thanked the Chief Minister and said that the work which was not done in Spain, had been done in Madhya Pradesh by the team under his leadership. MP is a pioneer in the digital registration registration process – Deputy Chief Minister
Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Deora said that Madhya Pradesh is the leading state in the digital registration registration process in the country. Under the direction of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, simplification and improvement of “Sampada-2.0” is happening at a rapid pace. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to implement an online document registration system that is transparent for the people of the state. The Deputy Chief Minister said that after being successfully operated in 4 districts as a pilot project, it is now being implemented across the state. Since the process is completely paperless, there is no room for error. Any location’s guideline rates will be available directly from the mobile app. Deputy Chief Minister Deora also congratulated and congratulated the software development team.
