Accor, a leading global hospitality company, has announced two key appointments within its Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) division. With these new leadership roles, the group aims to enhance its brand positioning and reinforce its leadership in the global market.

Benoît Racle has been named Global Brand President for Premium brands, which include Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Angsana, and Peppers. Racle brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and brand management, having previously worked with Starwood and W Hotels, where he focused on transforming brands and boosting operational performance. In his new role, Racle will oversee the strategic direction and growth of Accor’s premium brands.

Jean-Yves Minet has been appointed Global Brand President for Midscale & Economy brands, which include Novotel, Mercure, TRIBE, ibis, and greet. Minet has over 25 years of experience in brand creation and growth strategy. He will focus on driving the expansion of Accor’s midscale and economy segments. Minet emphasized Accor’s commitment to continuous innovation in these segments.
